Welcome

CityViolations.com was created to help property and business owners in the process of resolving and curing their violations in a quick and hassle-free manner. CityViolations was created by George Frangoulis who served as an aide to Mayor Giuliani and was appointed as Mayoral Coordinator for Queens County. As the City Hall Coordinator for Queens County, and later on as Operations Commissioner of the NYC Department of Buildings, George worked to assist property owners who had problems with solving NYC Building Department problems as well as other city agencies. In addition, during the World Trade Center crisis and the collapse of the Twin Towers, George assisted with the complex rehabilitation and cleanup of the WTC site.

As a City Official, George understood how stressful it can be fighting a violation, whether from the Buildings Department, Fire Department, Environmental Protection or Sanitation Departments. The City of New York employs hundreds of inspectors whose responsibility it is to issue violations immediately and document a fine on your property. CityViolations.com was created for the purpose of assisting the people who find City Government agencies confusing and difficult to understand when addressing their problems with rules and city laws that the average person cannot understand. CityViolations.com was created by George Frangoulis who served as Operations Commissioner of the NYC Department of Buildings, and managed the Inspections and Violations Divisions. At CityViolations.com we have a team of experts led by James Levy who understands the myriad issues of multiple violations and the costs involved when city agencies issue these costly violations.

At CityViolations.com we have a priority to assist the property owner in solving City Violations and erasing the problem but also improving the quality of service to multi-ethnic communities who may not understand the operations of the Greater City Government of New York. From Lower Manhattan to Tottenville Staten Island, Bay Ridge Brooklyn to Flushing Queens, new immigrants that create vibrant communities and prosperous micro-economies are being issued violations from dirty sidewalks to broken or mal-functioning buildings that the new comer to this Great City of New York may not understand. CityViolations.com is reaching out to the neighborhoods of our great city to provide a important service to our new citizens.
